Failed generations
When credits come back
Refunded
- A failure on our side: storage, a crash, a timeout of ours.
- The vendor refused the request or errored without charging for it.
- Shots that were never generated because the job stopped.
Not refunded
- The vendor charged for a result that came back unusable. After two of those in a row, that model is switched off for the video so it can't happen a third time.
- A video you have approved.

Who processes the payment?
Paddle, as merchant of record. Your statement shows Paddle, and Paddle handles sales tax and VAT in your country.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, from the credits page. An upgrade takes effect at once, prorated. A downgrade takes effect at the next renewal.
Do unused credits roll over?
Plan credits don't roll over to the next month. Top-up credits never expire.
How much does a 30-second AI video cost?
The model's rate per second times 30, at the resolution you pick. The rate card above has every rate, and the exact total shows before you generate.
